Tasting Notes:<\/strong>
\nElecci\u00f3 ([\u0259l\u0259ksio] Catalan for \u201cchoice\u201d) is the choice of a wine that, although fruity, expresses very well the elegancy of our terroir through intense aromas of freshly picked red berries and pepper. The wine is youthful with pronounced aromas of cherry, blackberry, strawberry, and baking spice. On the palate, the wine offers medium acidity and brightness.<\/p>\n

Gastronomy:<\/strong>
\nSimple beef dishes, like burgers or BBQ, will be the first choice as a food pairing. Alternatively, veal or lamb stew would just as well.<\/p>\n

Vineyards:<\/strong>
\nOn the Pyrenean foothills, the Agly valley offers some of the most beautiful clay-limestone terroirs of Roussillon.<\/p>\n

Ageing method:<\/strong>
\nObtained by 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels.<\/p>\n
