Tasting notes<\/strong>
\nPears, green apple, honeysuckle on the nose and palate. Right acidity and not too sweet, just enough acid to cut the sweetness making this very pleasant and drinkable. Slight chalkiness, a delicious and buttery wine. Minerality and lemon notes clean the palate.<\/p>\n

Gastronomy<\/strong>
\nA certain degree of sweetness is allowing for an easy combination with spicy food and the characteristic Riesling acidity is leaving a clean palate beautifully balancing the residual sugar and insuring a zingy refreshing effect.<\/p>\n

Vineyards<\/strong>
\nGrapes come from the growers in the region based on long time nurtured relationships of Johannes Sellbach with them.<\/p>\n

Aging method<\/strong>
