The Single Parcel range is the result of carefully selected parcels, which produce wines with a marked sense of place, distinguished by their intensity, persistence and aging potential. On the nose, the fresh aromas from dark berries and plums marked by black pepper notes. On the palate, an intense dark berries core perfectly intergrated with a broad and soft texture of round tannins and fresh acidity.

Tasting Notes:
An intense ruby red coloured wine with fresh aromas of dark berries and plums marked by black pepper notes. The palate is medium-bodied with an intense dark berry fruit core perfectly integrated with a broad and soft texture of round tannins and fresh acidity. It has a very long finish and will benefit from cellaring for the next 10 years.
Decanting: not nessessary

Gastronomy:
It’s definitely a food-friendly wine that pairs well with red meats like beef, lamb and poultry like duck. Pasta is also a good choice.

Vineyards:
This intense ruby red medium-bodied wine has the Mediterranean vibe, thanks to the region of the vineyards where is moderated by the influence of the Pacific Ocean and alluvial terrace with abundant amounts of gravel soil. The grapes were harvested during the last week of March.

Ageing method:
10 months in French oak cask.
