Gastronomy:
Ideal to pair with rich fishes like salmon, tuna or pork, poultry and vegetarian.

Vineyards:
Cool coastal climate and decomposed granite soil. The grapes were destemmed and pressed gently to avoid extracting bitter phenols. The juice was left to settle and then put into stainless steel vats where the alcoholic fermentation took place with natural yeasts at temperatures ranging between 16°C and 20°C.

Ageing method:
In order to maximize the aroma of grapes, the temperature is strictly controlled in a stainless tank and fermented, and then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Serving temperature:
The serving temperature is extremely important and crucial to unlocking the full flavour and aromas of a wine. It is important to remember that each wine has an ideal serving temperature and one temperature is not suitable for all.
