Vineyards:
Vineyard planted in 2005 with deep gravel soils. The grapes were hand harvested during the second week of April 2021.

Ageing method:
The grapes are 100% destemmed and undergo a cold maceration for 2-3 days. Alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous, and the wine spent a total of 21 days in contact with the skins before pressing. The wine was aged for 7-9 months in used French oak barriques and concrete vats.

Serving temperature:
The serving temperature is extremely important and crucial to unlocking the full flavour and aromas of a wine. It is important to remember that each wine has an ideal serving temperature and one temperature is not suitable for all.
