Santa Inés, Classic Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
Another Mediterranean red wine from Santa Inés which is a beautifully combination of the aromas of cassis, redcurrant and a slight of tobacco leaf note on the nose. Feel the freshness and intensity of ripe fruits on the palate with fine-grained tannins and crisp acidity, lead to a nicely long finish.

Classic Cabernet Sauvignon aromatics of cassis and redcurrant are combined with a slight tobacco leaf note. The palate is fresh, with great fruit intensity and ripeness, fine-grained tannins and a crisp acidity that leads to a lovely long finish.
Decanting: not nessessary.
Gastronomy:
Ideal to pair with beef, lamb and poultry.
Vineyards:
Deep gravel soils. The grapes were 100% destemmed and underwent a cold maceration for 2-3 days. Alcoholic fermentation was spontaneous, and once finished the wine was left in contact with the skins for 5-8 days. Malolactic fermentation was completed in the tank.
Ageing method:
The wine was aged for 7-9 months in used French oak barriques and concrete vats.
