Made from 100% organic Carbenet Sauvignon grapes from the estate itself and aging in stainless steel and used barrels, this red wine is such a complex and exciting one that has the fruity and earthy notes from cassis, leather, tobacco, caramel, bold flavors and great structure.

It’s definitely a food-friendly wine that pairs well with red meats like beef, lamb and poultry like duck.
