Characteristics
Tasting Notes:
Well-balanced wine with pale yellow color with slight green reflections, this white wine is distinguished by an aromatic intensity of passion fruits, grapefruits and zesty citrus notes. The palate shows great and lively fruit intensity, the medium-bodied texture with a fresh mineral note and slightly saline finish.
Gastronomy:
The wine’s lightness makes it ideal for pairing with vegetarian dishes, pork, lean fish, or poultry.
Vineyards:
The vineyards are affected by the ocean and two rivers. The soils are limestone-rich and add significantly to the wine’s minerality.
Ageing method:
The wines undergo a lengthy fermentation process, ten days of maceration on the skins, and malolactic fermentation that occurs in the vats. Thereafter, wines are aged for a year before being released.
