Tasting Notes:
Well-balanced Chardonnay with pale straw color, this wine has the scents of citrus fruits and peaches, balanced by fresh acidity and moderate alcohol, giving this wine a fresh and persistent finish.

Gastronomy:
Good pairing with pork, fish, vegetables and poultry like chicken and duck.

Vineyards:
Vineyards are located in the village of Isla de Maipo. The climate is warm to mild and the soil is alluvial( decomposed granite) which favours the development of high-quality viticulture. Typically the wines are characterized by their balance and elegance.

Ageing method:
Grapes are de-stemmed and pressed gently to avoid extracting bitter phenols. Alcohol fermentation in stainless steel tanks with natural yeast. Wine is left to age over fine lees for 6 months.

Serving temperature:
The serving temperature is extremely important and crucial to unlocking the full flavour and aromas of a wine. It is important to remember that each wine has an ideal serving temperature and one temperature is not suitable for all.
